School-based services

ICDC’s school-based programs focus on supporting people with autism in inclusive education programs and/or transitioning them from special education to general education placements.

Autism training and consultation services aim to build the capacity for schools and districts to independently support the social, academic and behavioral needs of children with autism in inclusive programs by designing interventions with the whole school as the unit of analysis.

Nowadays our center collaborates with №126 Inclusive School.  5 children from ICDC have already started their 2011-2012 school year.

Each child attends № 126 school under the supervision of ICDC specialists, who support the child to be integrated to the class process and follow the school program.
